Our Emergency Response
We are capable of responding to any size emergency and can quickly get bucket trucks, excavators, generators, and other equipment dispatched if required.

UPS
We have an extensive background and multiple resources to help design and install any level of UPS system from simple rackmounted to complex multi layered redundant 1,000+kva systems.
We have built some fairly complex solutions that involved multiple electrical services from different substations, redundant UPS banks, & multiple generators to help our customer insure their required service level agreements for their customers.
Generator
Whether you need a temporary generator for planned or unplanned outage or you want a permenant generator solution we can design a solution to fit your needs and your budget.
If a whole generator system is out of your budget or isn't necessary we can offer a generator docking station to facilitate faster and easier roll up generator hookups.
Did you know?
You can use a generator for power company load shed events. When the power company needs to manage the load in a given area they can send a request
to your generator to start and power not only your building but surrounding buildings earning money back. They're companies that will pay for your
generator setup including install costs and they utilize that money to recoup their investments.

Lighting Retrofit / Design
We have an in house team that can produce lighting layouts to determine the appropriate size and quantity of fixtures required for your project.
Upgrading to LED fixtures can be thought of in two ways. One way to think of a LED upgrade project is to maintain the current level of light and reduce the power consumed. The other way is to more or less maintain the same power consumption but to increase light level in the space. This can be for a number of reasons whether the light levels were initially inadequate or you want to better illuminate potentially dangerous areas.

Facility Maintenance
We offer a number of specialty facility maintenance services including:
Thermal Inspection Survey
Often times the only indicator that there is an issue with an electrical system is excess heat. Whether its a loose connection or breaker/fuse clip going bad they both share a common indicator; heat. Utilizing a thermal camera allows us to identify any potential issue and proactively address those issues before they become a major issue. While these surveys are a common practice for hotels and manufacturing we would recommend any commercial customer have a survey performed annually.
UPS / PDU Maintenance
Regular maintenance of UPS systems is critical to ensure that when a power outage occurs your UPS system can last long enough to get an
alternative power source inplace. UPS systems require a number of different items that should be checked atleast annually, including
inspection of batteries for corrorsion, fluid levels (if wet cell), overall integrity. UPS systems should also be load banked annually
to evaluate the performance of the UPS.
PDU are no different and require regular maintenance to ensure that there is no problems potentially hiding and waiting pop up at the most
in opportune time.
General Inspection and Preventive Maintence
