We worked side by side with the customer and their GC to build the one of the largest PJ's Coffee location. A common challenge when working with chain restaurants is dealing with plans that are more of general guideline not always unique to the current project. For the most part this doesn't impact the project but can pop up in unique and interesting ways. On this project we had a hard time laying out the menu board and awning with the GC due to the unique shape of the island. We used our lighting design team to build a quick model of the the area and with that model able to determine the best layout for the drive-thru.
