Repair of damaged service

We received a call around 12:30 PM that the restaurant had lost power the day before Mother's Day weekend. We dispatched a crew to investigate the issue normally these issues are just a popped fuse or a power company issue, but this wasn't the case. A company was boring near the restaurant and struck the service feeding the building. After discovering the issue we were able to get multiple crews and an excavator on site by 3:30 and we started making the repair.

After discussions it was deceided it would be best to make as much repairs as we could that evening and bring out a generator to run for the holiday weekend. We had a generator onsite by 6PM and had the building going by 7PM. The following monday we returned to complete the repairs.
